FieldOps

Field-crew management platform for technical companies.

The problem: Job assignments ran on phone calls and Excel; nobody knew in real time which crew was where.
The solution: A web dashboard for dispatchers and a mobile flow for crews, with live job status, photos and digital signatures.
Result: Shift assignment time dropped from 40 minutes to under 5.

Dimos Online

Citizen services portal for a mid-sized municipality.

The problem: Certificates and applications required in-person visits, with queues and repeated phone calls to city departments.
The solution: A portal with online applications, appointments, fee payments and application tracking, accessible to WCAG 2.1 AA.
Result: 68% of applications are now submitted digitally, with no visit required.
